A two-passenger battery-electric robotaxi from Tesla — marketed as fully autonomous, with no steering wheel and no pedals. Concept shown October 2024; pilot production at Gigafactory Texas in February 2026, with production ramping through 2026. Independent roundup of public specs and reporting:
- Two seats, scissor / butterfly doors, gold prototype look
- No driver controls inside — designed as a robotaxi, not a conventional car
- Assembled at Giga Texas; Wikipedia lists ~293 mi range, ~48 kWh pack, 3,113 lb
- Robotaxi service has largely been Model Y — no verified broad public Cybercab hail at debut
